    Respected sir,
    I had made a payment from my mobile no by PAYTM(which is linked with State Bank of India (A/c. 10214057042) Rs. 10,000/- to Mr. A.V. Manikandan whose mobile no. 9010555701.

    As above mentioned amount was deducted. But the money he received was unlinked bank account from Bank of Baroda(A/c: 82380100002647), this account was never used before. The account name was Botta Madhavi, it says it is linked with av9010555701@paytm. He only have Cannara Bank A/C.

    As this issue was going I had trouble and searched on Google to find someone for help and I got a number 8294782221 from this link :

    who is said to be Paytm Customer care, I explained all the problem, he promised be to get the money. I thought this option will surely help me to get my Rs.10,000/-. He asked me to install AnyDesk app from play store. I did and asked to open the Paytm app from there choose scanany-qr button and show your Debitcard front and back. Then he asked me to send an SMS typing SWON ECOM 3702 to 9223966666. I did it and very soon I received an sms that I am deducted with Rs. 8150 from SBI Debit card at 39R13888 on 11 Nov 21 at 21:14:34 (I mentioned in the attachment). I explained this to him, he said your amount will surely deposited back with Rs.10,000/- after 2 to 3hrs. Still I did not get any amount and when he attends the call, he is asking some other account as my account is having trouble.

    I think you understood this issue, I kindly request you to take necessary steps and to get my amount soon.
